Most in-stock orders are shipped out via UPS within 5 business days of the order being received.
Returns on unused merchandise are accepted within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by an RMA number. Please contact us at sales@understood.com to arrange authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and all returned items may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Exchanges on unused merchandise are available for up to 30 days from purchase date and limited to available stock on hand. Please contact us at sales@understood.com to arrange authorization. Buyer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs for exchanged items.
Cancellation of placed orders is available for up to 10 days from purchase date if order has not shipped. Shipped orders are not able to be canceled and are subject to our return policy and any applicable fees. Please contact us at sales@understood.com to arrange authorization.
